Assets: Perfect recall, also greater mental capacity than a human's for calculations and memory storage and retrieval. Body is a perfectly adapted Dalek-Human specimen with no known weaknesses.
Liabilities: No knowledge of human customs, styles, mores, ethics, ways of speech, etcetera, also no knowledge, at first, of how to use and take care of human bodies. Naivete about the body and humanity in the extreme, except as involves war/conflict with them.

Name: Dalek

History or Personality: Dalek is a member of an extraterrestrial race of mutants encountered in the universe of the time traveler known as the Doctor. Daleks are grotesque mutated organisms from the planet Skaro, integrated within a tank-like mechanical casing. The resulting creatures are a powerful race bent on universal conquest and domination, utterly without pity, compassion or remorse (as all of their emotions were removed except hate). They are also, collectively, the greatest alien adversaries of the Time Lord known as the Doctor.

The Daleks attempted to conquer the greatest threat to them ever, the Time Lords, and there was a war that spanned eternity. Almost all Daleks and Time Lords were wiped away, but this Dalek, burning and damaged, was hurled across time to crash on Earth, inert and unable to repair itself.
It was found and imprisoned in an underground bunker in Utah, 2012, by billionaire Henry van Statten, who kept an exclusive collection of alien artifacts. He was tortured and probed, but he never spoke until the arrival of the greatest of the Time Lords. and his Species' ancestral enemy, The Doctor.
After an accident freed Dalek, involving it gaining DNA from Rose Tyler, the time traveling companion to the Doctor, it set out to kill all it saw. Along the way, the time-infused human DNA began evolving it, and it found itself beginning to experience human emotions and mutations. Confused and lost by this idea, and fearful of becoming that which it hated, it went a little crazy.
It finally resorted to ordering Rose to Order it to kill itself, which she complied with unwillingly.
Any special abilities: Dalek possesses a high level of intelligence, and advanced knowledge of computers, engineering, and specialized sciences.

BASICS
full name: Dalek
age / dob: PB's age: 38
THE OTHER STUFF
personality: Dalek is confused, despairing, for it is changing from what it knows inside is right, to something new. It is feeling emotions, and that scares and frightens it, and seems wrong. To Dalek, being mostly human will both feel incredibly wrong, and seem to violate everything it knows to be true. Even reconciling with being male will be hard after years of being just Dalek, just a soldier, just a being formed on hate and killing. It isn't sure what to do, or think, and everything and everyone will be a surprise or a shock to it. Emotions and physical sensations are foreign to it, so this will be a complete learning experience. I want to explore all of that, and see what happens. I honestly do not kjnow whether he will end up a hero or a villain when it is all said and done.
skills: Being as it is a Dalek translated into a humanoid form, by magic, I figured giving him a bit of that dalek power wouldn't be a bad thing. So, Dalek has the same level of toughness that a dalek would have, inside it's shell, a certain resistance to damage. It also has the ability of hovering up and down walls or stairs; to fire, when not tired or hurt, a beam of coherant plasma from it's right hand; and, if within ten feet, it can remotely hack into and operate machinery; finally, if hurt, the touch of a time traveler or a being of power will allow Dalek to absorb energy and rejuvenate damage.
status: Neutral, with a habit towards evil. Dalek comes from a race who hate only, and who exist to conquer and destroy. This is what it knows, and this is what it, for a lack of a better term, likes. But in a new body, this may change. For now, we can call it neutral witha tendency toward evil, simply because that is what it is used to doing.
